Founded in September 2019, Hemisi(HMS) is a comprehensive enterprise integrating pesticide R&D, production, sales, and import/export. Under its parent company---Jiangsu Hemisi Holding Co., Ltd., who has three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Hemisi (Nanjing) Crop Technology Co., Ltd. (domestic trade), Nanjing HMS Bioscience Co., Ltd. (international trade), and Hemisi (Shandong) Plant Protection Co., Ltd. (designated production base). The company employs nearly 300 staff members.
