In order to further strengthen the company's talent team building, continuously optimize the structure of the talent pool, significantly enhance the quality of employees, and meet the company's growing business employment needs, on January 9th, the talent cooperation signing ceremony between Yancheng Biotechnology Engineering Higher Vocational School and our company was successfully held at the company's headquarters. The school's representative, Yan Zhenfeng, the deputy director of the Plant Engineering Department, and the company's general manager Xu Jianjun, deputy general manager Ding Pengcheng, and Chen Rui attended this signing ceremony. At the meeting, Mr. Chen introduced the general situation of our company to the incoming interns and outlined the responsibilities of each position.
